Amid the COVID-19 outbreak, several third-party delivery apps are doing their part to promote local restaurants, as many states have enforced closed dining rooms at restaurants. Ordering through third-party apps allows you to support local restaurants during this difficult time while still practicing social distancing. Click here to see which Davis County restaurants offer delivery with third-party apps*.

UberEats

To support Davis County communities, UberEats is offering $0 delivery fees on all orders placed to local restaurants. You can have local favorites delivered to your door such as Bountiful Greek Cafe, Tonyburgers, Rumbi Island Grill, Fiiz Drinks, and more for no additional delivery fee. Use their new “leave at door” delivery feature at checkout for no-contact delivery.

DoorDash

DoorDash is also offering free local restaurant delivery for orders over $12. Starting this week, DoorDash is changing its default delivery method to a no-contact option to reduce contact between customers and delivery persons. With this update, “Leave it at my door” will be the default drop-off option, and customers will have the choice to select “Hand it to me” if they prefer.

Additionally, to further support local restaurants, independent restaurants can enroll in DoorDash services for free and pay zero commissions for 30 days. For all existing DoorDash and Caviar partners, restaurants will pay no commission fees on pickup orders so customers can spend less time in the store.

Grubhub is offering free delivery on your first order over $15.

Postmates is offering reduced delivery fees—often during peak lunch hours—making on-demand delivery more accessible during this challenging time.
