Sill’s Cafe is a classic breakfast diner in Layton serving a traditional breakfast menu. They will be open this Saturday (6am-8pm) and Sunday (6 am-1pm) for all of your weekend brunch needs. Their breakfast menu includes eggs, omelets, pancakes, french toast, biscuits and gravy, and so much more. You definitely do not want to miss out on their famous warm scones and honey butter. They also have a lunch and dinner menu that includes everything from burgers to steak.

Parsons’ Bakery has been providing Bountiful and Davis County with delicious home-baked goods since 1945. Every day, Parsons’ Bakery bakes various assortments of pastries, cookies, donuts, and other desserts. Plus, they always have fresh bread, so when your grocery store runs out, you can always head to Parsons’. You won’t want to miss out on their cake donuts, cream cheese fruit danishes, or cinnamon raisin bread.

Weller’s Bistro is one of the newer restaurants in Davis County. They opened their doors in Layton in August of 2019 and serve German and American style food. There aren’t very many places in Utah where you can get authentic German food, so you’ll definitely want to give them a try. Their menu features classic German dishes such as Spätzle (German-style pasta), homemade pretzels, German Bratwursts, traditional apple strudel, and the best Schnitzel you could find in Utah. If you aren’t looking for German food, they also serve artisan pizzas, salads, burgers, and more.
Weller’s Bistro also offers a full brunch menu on Sundays featuring European style breakfast items. You can order takeout from Weller’s Bistro by either ordering inside their restaurant or calling ahead of time for curbside pickup.
