News Year’s Day

Antelope Island State Park’s First Day Hike

Join a national State Parks initiative to start the new year outdoors! Join the park naturalist for an up and back guided hike. Learn about Great Salt Lake while enjoying the view of the lake on the hike.

Hike: Lakeside Trail
Difficulty rating: Easy | Length: 2.5 miles total | Elevation gain/loss: 94 feet | Dogs are welcome on a leash
*No bathrooms at trailhead, so stop at the Visitor’s Center first.

Free to join the hike, but there’s a $10 per vehicle State Park entrance fee
