Proprietors Nick & Molly Shams have been in the restaurant business for over 20 years. Nicks expertise as not only a Chef but GM and Molly’s extensive background in Operations/Marketing make it the success it is today. Nick owes his healthy lifestyle to a diagnosis of colorectal cancer in 2008. Determined to be alive for his family, Nick took his knowledge of business and set out to change his eatings habits, and help educate others about maintaining a healthy body and mind.
Nick shares his mission of hope and healing with those who visit his restaurants. You can find him cooking up the daily special, or in the dining room talking with his customers about food and life.
